Our Aims

We aim to remove the barriers that prevent people from taking part in 'life'.

We provide transport to and from activities.

We provide tutors, materials, equipment and anything required to enable people to join in or choose a particular activitiy.

Activities are not limited and we aim to provide classes or experiences that people CHOOSE for themselves.

Our beliefs

Everyone should have the opportunity to live the best life they can.

We believe that a person should not be defined by their illness, but by the qualities they have.

We believe that people deserve to be encouraged to delevlop skills and interests that improve the quality of their lives.

Mostly we believe that people deserve to have FUN

The Journey Towards Recovery

We encourage people to think about what they would like to do that will help them to improve the quality of their life.

Making choices is the first step to taking control and moving forward. We then find a way of enabling the person to participate in activities of their choice.

Through these activities people will improve in confidence and develop various skills from communication to decision making.

Friendships will be formed and healthier life styles realised.

Our promises

We will be flexible, friendly and informal.  Some activities seem to be welcomed by all , such as the lunch and supper clubs.

We welcome new ideas for activities no matter how unusual and always aim to deliver.
